TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

| I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork. No physical copies of the artwork are included unless stated otherwise. |
| Commission uses: |

| - If you wish to make a physical print of your commission, please inform me beforehand. |
| - Prices are for personal use only. No commercial use is allowed, including resale, prints, or any profit-making purposes. Personal printing is allowed. |
| - Commercial use requires a separate license and pricing agreement. |
| - You may resize or crop the artwork for non-commercial use (icons, wallpapers, etc.), but you may not heavily edit, modify, or remove watermarks/signatures. |
| - By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor and a digital copy of the artwork. I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials. |
| - Private commissions (not publicly posted anywhere) may incur an additional fee. |
| - You are welcome to share your commission on social media with proper credit. |
| - I reserve the right to reuse rejected sketches and unused design elements for other works or personal projects. |
| Note on Personal Use: |

| - Personal use does not include printing for events, organizations, or any large-scale or commercial-related use. |
| - Even if the commission is not for sale or used as a non-profit gift, it may still be considered extended use and require an additional license fee. |
| - Any violation may result in a penalty of up to 200% of the applicable license fee and a requirement to remove the infringing materials. |
| Payment: |

| - Full payment is required in advance. |
| - PayPal (USD) is accepted for international clients. Please note that a $5 fee will be added for this payment method. |
| - I will begin working on your commission once the payment has been received and send a confirmation email. |
| - Please inform me once the payment has been completed. |

| - All communication regarding commission work is to be done through e-mail. |
| General guidelines: |

| - Due to health reasons, I do not accept tight deadlines. Commissions typically take 1–3 months, with a minimum of 1–3 weeks from the initial request. |
| - Please provide clear visual references and a detailed description. The more information, the better (e.g. references, colors, desired elements, expressions, etc.). Rough sketches (even stick figures) are very helpful. |
| - I can draw OCs, gore, and fanart (depending on the content). Feel free to ask if you’re unsure. |
| - I cannot draw robots, machinery, bara, NSFW, or furry content. |
| - I reserve the right to decline any commission that I find inappropriate or that does not match my terms, skills, or schedule. |
| - Both watermarked and non-watermarked files will be sent via the provided Gmail address. You may post any version, but credit is required. |
| - Please note that I do not store timelapse or process files due to limited computer storage. |
| Refunds and canceling: |

| - Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted, so please consider carefully before proceeding with payment. |
| - If cancelled before sketching, a 100% refund is issued. |
| - If cancelled after sketch approval, a 50% refund is issued. |
| - No refunds after sketch approval. Exceptions may be considered for unavoidable circumstances, but still follow the sketch-stage rule. |
| - This policy may change at any time without prior notice. |
