TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

| I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork. No physical copies of the artwork are included unless stated otherwise. |
| Commission uses: |

| - If you wish to make a physical print of your commission, please inform me beforehand. |
| - Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use. |
| - If you wish to distribute your commission for profit, you will be subjected to commercial prices. Further discussions will also be required. |
| -You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. |
| -By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. |
| -If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged. |
| -You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work. |
| -I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works. |
| Payment: |

| All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice. |
| Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. |
| For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances. |
| You’ll receive a small resolution for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution after final payment is made. |

| General guidelines: |

| - Due to health problems, I generally do not accept tight deadline. Please consider before placing a commission. |
| -Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. You can even send in your own sketch (stickmen would already be amazing enough!) |
| -I can draw OCs, Gore. Fanart: it depends, feel free to ask me about it or if you have any other question. |
| -I cannot draw: Robot, machinery, Bara, NSFW, Furry |
| I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. |
| Refunds and canceling: |

| If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid << Except for gacha commissions >> |
| If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund. |
| You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission. |
| This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice. |
